Yes, all of our therapists are fully licensed in Florida and South Carolina, so you can feel confident you are working with qualified professionals.

Telehealth therapy lets you meet with your therapist by secure video call from anywhere in Florida or South Carolina. All you need is internet, a private and stationary space, and a device with a camera.

At this time, we accept insurance only for Florida residents. Accepted Florida plans include Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare. Please note that we do not accept Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield. For South Carolina, we currently offer self-pay therapy at $150 per session, with a free 15-minute phone consultation available.

We offer trauma therapy, CBT, Attachment, Psychodynamic, EMDR, IFS, and trauma-informed care to clients in Florida and South Carolina through telehealth. Our approach also incorporates elements of Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Somatic, Strength-Based, Narrative, and Compassion-Focused therapies, tailored to each client’s needs.

Yes. Telehealth allows us to serve clients in rural or remote parts of Florida and South Carolina who may not have easy access to in-person therapy.

Our base self-pay rate is $150 per session in Florida and South Carolina. We also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit. Professional consultations are $100 per hour. For Florida residents, insurance may reduce out-of-pocket costs depending on your plan.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll provide intake paperwork to complete at your own pace. Once that’s finished, we’ll schedule your first full session and create a personalized treatment plan.
